Given all the prevention measures that have been adopted these days for the COVID-19, we want to transmit a message of tranquility and let you know that we have altered our day to day operations for DitgySpace LLC.
Our priority is our team’s health, which is why we have decided to follow the Government’s recommendations, until further notice, and work from home.
What this means for our clients is that DitgySpace will not offer any media services that includes traveling to clients such as videography and brand photography until further notice. In addition to this, all digital print deliveries have been canceled and will be shipped to your home address on record instead. Please update this information with your DitgyRep as soon as possible if it is not accurate. Lastly, all scheduled Client Meetings at our physical location have been cancelled and will be replaced with a Zoom Video Conference.
This is not a new measure for us, since we are a digitally based company, but as everything in life, it requires small changes and adaptation.
All lines of communication via email, telephone support, text, website members chat and even our client portal services are still active and will remain as so. For your records, we recommend that you have additional exposure to our email addresses:
